一、工作原理及应用范围

高温烟气沸腾炉是一种能够燃烧劣质煤的新炉型，从燃烧方式上，它克服了层燃炉和喷燃炉的缺点，是一种新型的流化床式燃烧炉，燃料经破碎成10mm以下的颗粒，由调速机械均匀地送入炉膛，可控的高压风通过布风板上的风帽孔射入炉床，燃料在高压风的作用下呈流态化沸腾状燃烧，产生高温热烟气，炉内燃烧通过控制给煤、风量、风压、尾气温度.使燃烧供热具有良好的控制性；沸腾炉可使用劣质燃料.氮化物生成少，易脱硫具有显著的环保优势。在节能、环保意识日渐增强的今天，鼓励和推广煤的洁净燃烧技术已列入我国节能法,沸腾炉 已广泛应用于冶金、化工、建材、非金属矿等领域的矿渣、粘土、煤粉、复合肥、天然石膏、非金属矿粉等各种原料和物料的烘干、焙烧提供热能。

  Fluidized bed combustion boiler(FBC boiler) is a new tech of burning with fluidized bed principle.It’s very different to the stoker and burner.The fuel (coal) have to crash the granularity below 10mm,then feed into the hearth evenly by the lifter.The coal are burning like the fluidized bed above the hearth by the high pressure air from the blast caps which distribute under the hearth.The heating load can been controlled by the fuels supply,air volume,wind pressure and off-gas’temperature.FBC boiler is widely used for coal,coal sludge,sludge,slag,sand,chemical fertilizer,gypsum and plenty of other materials drying or calcination.
